We're a different breed

Our 100% Iberico pigs thrive in the native landscape of the Texas Hill Country. In addition to premium feed, the pigs forage on mesquite beans, acorns, yucca, and prickly pear cacti. Rancher raised in wide open spaces for up to 18 months, nearly three times longer than commercial pigs. The result is a deeply marbled pork - unmatched in quality and flavor.
