Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Please review those Terms and our Shipping & Returns Policy for additional information regarding shipping timelines, risk of loss, and proper product handling.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Perishable food items, including all Texas Iberico meat and food products
- Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored after delivery
- Orders delayed, spoiled, or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your claim.
To process your claim, we may request:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion. All determinations are final.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable food products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
California Residents
Because our products are perishable food items, the refund requirements under California Civil Code §1723 do not apply.
All sales are final except in cases of shipping damage, product defect, or fulfillment error, which will be handled as described in this policy.
Force Majeure
Texas Iberico is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Labor disputes
- Pandemics
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
