About Texas Iberico
Texas Iberico is 100% purebred Iberico pork raised in the Texas Hill Country. Iberico pigs are known for their natural marbling, rich flavor, and tender texture, often compared to the complexity of fine beef.
Iberico pork has significantly more intramuscular fat, which results in deeper flavor, juicier texture, and better performance across a wide range of cooking methods. Our pigs are raised longer and allowed to develop naturally, which contributes to the quality you taste.
Yes. Our pigs are raised in the Texas Hill Country. While Iberico is a heritage breed with Spanish origins, Texas Iberico is distinctly shaped by Texas land, climate, and ranching practices.

Some products ship frozen to ensure quality and food safety, while others may ship refrigerated depending on the cut and time of year. Regardless of shipping method, all products are carefully packed to arrive in excellent condition.
We offer a curated selection of cuts through our online store. For wholesale, foodservice, or custom inquiries, please contact us directly.
Please note that we do not offer breeding stock at this time.
